1. Who we are and what these terms cover

AcquireCalls is a brand operated by Scale Club LLC (“AcquireCalls,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern use of this website and inquiries made through it. The website presents inbound-call opportunities for licensed insurance agents and agencies. It does not issue insurance policies, bind coverage, or provide a consumer insurance quote.

Use the website only if you are at least 18 and legally able to act for yourself or the business you represent. Browsing or booking a meeting does not purchase a call program, establish an insurance relationship, or give consent to unrelated marketing, recording, or the sale of personal information.

2. Call programs, pricing, and billing

Call-delivery services require a separate agreement or accepted order. Before activation, that agreement must specify pricing, markets, qualification criteria, the event that makes a call billable, any duration threshold and when timing begins, funding, credits or refunds, cancellation, and delivery arrangements.

A duration threshold describes a billing condition; it does not guarantee a quote or sale. Prices and availability discussed on this website are subject to the applicable written offer. We do not promise a particular volume, conversion rate, policy count, revenue, or return on investment. A signed service agreement controls over these website terms for the services it covers. Nothing here removes any refund or other right required by law.

3. Responsible use

Provide accurate information and use the website for lawful business purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, impersonate another person, or collect personal information from the site without lawful authority.

Agents and agencies are responsible for maintaining required licenses and appointments and for complying with laws governing their own sales, communications, recording, and use of personal information. Access to a call does not, by itself, authorize additional marketing, resale of the caller’s information, or recording without any notice or consent required by law. These responsibilities do not remove legal obligations that apply to AcquireCalls.

4. Website content and external services

We or our licensors own the website’s branding and content. You may view and print it for your internal evaluation of AcquireCalls. You may also print, save, and share these terms and our privacy notices. Other use of our branding or content requires permission unless otherwise allowed by law.

Meeting links open Calendly, and contact links open FormSubmit. External websites and any separately supplied account, wallet, or calling platform have their own applicable terms and privacy notices. Their availability is outside this website’s control. Our Privacy Policy explains this website’s information practices.

5. Availability and limitations

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may contain errors or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without a warranty of uninterrupted service, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may correct content or suspend access to address misuse or security issues.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible under these website terms for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this informational website. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, liability for fraud or willful misconduct, or rights and remedies provided by privacy or consumer-protection law. Liability for purchased services is governed by the applicable service agreement.

6. Applicable law and changes

Nevada law governs these website terms, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. These terms do not waive California privacy rights or other rights that cannot legally be waived. We may update the terms by posting a revised version and date. Updates do not retroactively change a signed agreement or authorize new uses of personal information.
