Describe the right you want to exercise and provide only the email address or telephone number needed to find the relevant records, plus a way to reply. Please do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, payment-card details, or copies of identification in an initial request. You do not need to book a sales meeting or create an account.
The privacy request form opens a separate FormSubmit page in a new tab with the subject “AcquireCalls Privacy Request.” Requests are delivered to our business email for review. A request is sent only when you submit that form; following the link or saving a browser preference does not send it.
What to include
- Opt out: “Do not sell or share my personal information,” plus the email or phone number needed to identify the relevant record.
- Access or correction: Describe the records or correction. For access, you may request all applicable periods.
- Deletion or limitation: State whether you want deletion or a limit on eligible uses of sensitive information.
- Authorized agent: Identify that you are acting for another person. We may request appropriate evidence of that authority.
We may need verification for access, correction, or deletion. An opt-out does not require identity verification or consent to marketing. Read the Privacy Policy for purposes, recipients, retention criteria, and response periods.
