AcquireCalls

Privacy Policy

Information practices for the AcquireCalls website and business inquiries, with California privacy rights.

Last updated: September 20, 2026

Your privacy choices: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information · Access, correct, or delete information

1. Scope and operator

Scale Club LLC operates AcquireCalls. This policy describes the current AcquireCalls informational website, business inquiries made to us about AcquireCalls, and privacy requests. The website serves agents and agencies evaluating inbound-call services.

The website does not contain a consumer quote form, account registration, payment checkout, or embedded calling platform. An account, wallet, or call-delivery service is a separate interaction. The website practices described below should not be read as a statement that Scale Club’s wider call or lead business never sells personal information.

2. Notice at collection: what information is involved

The following categories describe information involved in visiting this website or choosing to contact us. Please share only information relevant to your business inquiry or privacy request.

The Message AcquireCalls link opens a separate FormSubmit contact page, which collects your name, email address, subject, message, and any business or phone details you choose to include. FormSubmit processes your submission and its technical and spam-prevention information for delivery to our business email. Sales inquiry details may be copied into our private Slack sales channel so authorized personnel can follow up. Privacy-rights requests are directed to our business email for review, and the sales-alert workflow is configured to exclude them from Slack. Using the form requests a response to your inquiry; it is not an opt-in to unrelated marketing. AcquireCalls does not save contact-form entries in this website’s local or session storage. The external form provider applies its own security and data-handling practices. Review FormSubmit’s privacy terms for its processing practices.

The call-planning calculator runs in your browser. Its inputs are not submitted to us or saved by the calculator. Reloading the page restores the example values.

Booking a meeting opens Calendly in a separate tab. Calendly receives information you enter there and information associated with use of its service. We receive the booking details needed to arrange the meeting. Review Calendly’s Privacy Notice before submitting information. A booking is not blanket consent to unrelated advertising.

This website does not request Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, health information, precise location, or other sensitive personal information. Do not include those details in an inquiry. Browser access controls supplied by the host may involve separate sign-in information handled by that host.

3. Disclosures, sale, and sharing

We have not added advertising pixels, cross-site advertising tags, optional third-party analytics scripts, or embedded scheduling widgets. The hosting service records visit statistics, such as visitor and page-view counts, and technical request information. We do not sell business meeting inquiries or use them for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be handled by providers needed to host the website and respond to the interaction you request. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights and security, or in a lawful business transfer subject to applicable privacy protections.

Insurance calls are a separate data flow. AcquireCalls offers paid inbound-call connections to agents and agencies. Such connections can involve a caller’s telephone number, location relevant to routing, insurance-shopping details, and call records. Providing caller information to an insurance business for payment can constitute a sale under California law. A statement about this website having no advertising trackers does not mean that paid call distribution is exempt from privacy rights.

If your information was involved in an AcquireCalls call, you may use the request methods below to ask about the information held about you or to exercise applicable rights. The specific collection notices, data handling, recording disclosures, and agreements for a call program must be established before that program is activated.

4. Browser choices and Global Privacy Control

No optional advertising or third-party analytics scripts are enabled on this website. When your browser exposes an enabled Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, the privacy page recognizes it as an opt-out preference for that browser without requiring a login or extra confirmation. You can also save a browser preference on Privacy Choices.

The preference does not enable or disable essential hosting or security functions. A saved preference contains no contact details. It remains until your browser removes it. If browser storage is blocked, the site keeps optional tracking disabled and explains that the preference could not be saved.

This website does not associate anonymous browsing with an agency account or telephone record. To apply a request to records that cannot be identified from your browser, contact us with the minimum identifier needed to locate them. Your preference does not automatically control websites you visit through external links. Learn about enabling a supported GPC signal at Global Privacy Control.

5. Retention and security

Retention is based on the purpose of each category: business contact details and inquiry correspondence are needed to handle the discussion and any resulting relationship; technical records are needed for delivery, security, and troubleshooting; transaction or dispute records may be needed for accounting and legal obligations. Information should not be retained longer than reasonably necessary for those purposes. Hosting and scheduling providers also apply their own retention practices. FormSubmit states that it retains a submission archive for 30 days. Copies in our email and Slack systems are retained according to the inquiry purposes described above and handled when an applicable deletion request is received.

Privacy-request and response records must be retained for at least 24 months where required by California law and used for compliance rather than marketing. A request to delete may be subject to a legal retention exception; we will explain an applicable exception when responding. No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive documents through an initial contact form.

6. California privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, California residents may request access to personal information, including categories, specific pieces, sources, purposes, and recipients; request correction or deletion; opt out of sale or sharing; and limit uses of sensitive information where that right applies. You may request information for the relevant time period, including earlier records where the law provides access. Exercising a right does not require an account or a purchase, and we will not retaliate or discriminate for doing so.

For access, correction, or deletion, we may need to match information you provide against existing records to protect against unauthorized disclosure or changes. An opt-out does not require identity verification; we may request only the information needed to find the records to which it should apply. Authorized agents may act for you, with proof of authority where legally required.

Applicable response periods are generally an acknowledgment within 10 business days and a substantive response within 45 calendar days for access, correction, or deletion. If a permitted extension is necessary, you must be told why before the initial period ends. Sale/sharing opt-outs and applicable sensitive-information limits must be applied as soon as feasible and no later than 15 business days. If a request cannot be fulfilled, you are entitled to an explanation subject to applicable law.

This informational website does not make automated decisions about insurance eligibility or pricing, offer a financial incentive for personal information, or target children. Do not submit information about children through this site. Contact us if you believe a child’s information has been provided.

7. Contact and submit a request

Use AcquireCalls privacy request form and describe the privacy right you want to exercise, or write to:

Please do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, payment-card details, or copies of identification in an initial request. You do not need to book a sales meeting or create an account.

You may also raise a privacy concern with the California Privacy Protection Agency.

8. Updates and accessible copies

We will update this notice when website practices change and review it at least annually. New processing must be disclosed before it begins where required by law. The date above identifies this version. You can print this page using your browser, or use the contact methods above to request an accessible copy.
